I hired Mark Larson of Larson, Larson and Dauer after a significant and permanent workplace injury was swept under the rug 30 days after the incident occurred. Knowing that an employer’s main focus was to deny injury in order to control insurance premiums, I soon realized that I needed to hire an attorney with an established reputation and experienced in working successfully within this scenario. I would say that Mark spoke a good 35 minutes explaining my legal options, including filing a workers’ compensation claim versus an employment case.
