Indeed, the contextual menu right click do not have the very useful language set and spellcheck item which were very convenient, not even in compatibility mode.

You have two options: 1 In you can dock or make float the speller and click resume every time needed 2 you can add the spellcheck buttons either the one with the dropdown or the quick launch for the speller only.
